UBL launched WhatsApp Banking Services - Startup Pakistan

United Bank Limited- UBL is awarded as the Best Digital Bank of Pakistan in 2020 by Pakistan Banking in terms of the latest technological ability that the bank uses in its products and innovation and its services.

UBL so far has contributed many creative ways to make Pakistanis feel financially secure. In keeping its brand attributes and being the leading progressive and creative bank in the world, UBL has also launched new financial conveniences such as WhatsApp Banking for over ten million customers.

It is a choice of self-service for customers that is available on an interactive platform and assists everyone with their banking queries. However, now through WhatsApp, consumers no longer have to rely on third-party financial assistance, which is much more convenient than in the past.

UBL WhatsApp Banking can easily assist the customer regarding their queries and enquires about any product, registration for any complaint, any information regarding tracing of UBL Branches, or to get information of any topic and a lot more.

Shahid said UBL has the time and could have launched goods and the services that give customers the highest degree of expediency.

But he also pointed out that our digital footprints and our technical know-how to make us want to offer an ultimate banking experience to our customers. This new service of “WhatsApp” is yet another step toward this.
