PIA Reduced its Fares for Domestic Flights

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has cut its charges/ticket fees for domestic destination flights, according to official sources.

The PIA spokeswoman announced a price cut on domestic flights. He stated that the national flag airline has given exceptional discounts for travellers travelling from Karachi to Peshawar, Lahore, and Islamabad during the summer vacations.

According to the new discount offer, the airline has fixed a price of Rs7,400 for a single-direction ticket with a 20kg cargo allowance, and Rs13,500 for a two-way ticket from the traveller to the aforementioned route with a 20kg cargo allowance.

However, the fee for a single-direction ticket with a 35kg carriage weight is fixed at Rs8,400, while the fee for a two-route ticket with a 35kg carriage weight is fixed at Rs15,000.

According to reports, the increased fares would take effect immediately.

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) recently announced a special fare cut for older persons on domestic flights, according to a PIA official. Citizens aged 50 years or older are eligible for the discount on domestic flights by presenting their NADRA immunisation certificate.

“Effective immediately, PIA will offer a 10% discount on domestic tickets when you present your NADRA vaccination certificate,” stated a representative for the national flag airline.
