To ensure rapid response to public inquiries on company incorporation, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has launched its WhatsApp Channel for Business Care. The WhatsApp helpline is a first-of-its-kind service in the public sector of Pakistan.

You can access the WhatsApp service by storing the helpline number “03069365625” and then initiating a discussion with SECP via WhatsApp. Users will benefit from a more streamlined experience because this service will provide rapid solutions to their company registration, company search through name and incorporation number, and fee calculator queries.

Additionally, a Live Chat feature with a Business Centre officer is available, allowing customers to exchange messages, audio notes, documents, and photos for total help and solution.

This is part of SECP’s ongoing endeavour to make information more accessible to the general public.

Additionally, the SECP intends to expand the Business Care solution’s avenues by integrating its eServices system with new capabilities that will enable customers to check the status of their eServices cases and record and track their complaints via the WhatsApp platform.
