Pakistani Startup Called ‘Trukkr’ Secures $600,000 In Seed Funding

Recent press reports indicate that Trukkr, a Pakistani trucking startup, has raised approximately $600,000 in preliminary capital. Peter Findley, a New York-based early-stage venture capital firm focused on boosting the startup ecosystem, led the seed funding process. Additionally, the investment was backed by Pakistan-focused Kinnow Venture Capital, Kargo Technologies’ founder, and Cue Health executives.

Trukkr’s venture intends to reimagine Pakistan’s logistics by assisting businesses in transporting goods and ensuring that the trucking market is secure and competitive. Trukkr has currently completed over 20,000 truckload movements for a variety of industries around Pakistan.

According to Trukkr co-founder Sheryar Bawany, “we have completed over 20,000 trips since we began operations in 2020, and the positive response from our customers has been overwhelming.”

Trukkr will be able to expand its activities and even integrate cutting-edge technology as a result of the recently acquired funding. The startup includes an integrated logistics management platform that businesses may use to manage their on-road fleet, clients, and carriers. Trukkr, on the other hand, gives its particular platform for free to frequent consumers.

Overall, other logistics and trucking companies, as well as startups, will face a new rival.
